Jeff and Craig shared a look when Steve moved to sit down, one that apparently they were hoping Eddie wouldn't see, but he did, snapping his fingers, "Hey, we gave Gareth a chance when Ronnie left, least we can do is give that same courtesy to the temporary replacement that he picked, right?"

He jerked his head, an obvious indication, "Craig, make sure he's got a song list." To Steve he said, "We're warming up with Holy Diver, Dio, then going through the list. Usually we can at least make it to the break without having to repeat anything, but not always, and obviously the rest of us are going to be a little off too, so unless you seriously botch the tempo, don't worry too much."

There had been a time, and not that long before, when Eddie had been much more of a slave driver about practice, but since they were just getting back into the swing to perform at the Hideout again, he wasn't too worried about it himself.
